Just talked to Mom (Dot) and described the photo. She also has a copy and written on the back is:
"Perhaps you know this lady, and if so, you'll know she is always happy while in this position. She caught one fish about 3 inches long. Made on Labor Day."
No date.
She is Francis Elizabeth (Williams) Reavis and was called Fanny. She married Robert Andrew Reavis 13 Dec 1865.
