2011 - USAF Lockheed C-140A Jetstar #59-5959 at the Scott Field Heritage Air Park

Scott Air Force Base, Illinois

This was the last C-140A to be retired and is painted in the "Flight Check" paint scheme. This aircraft was hit by ground fire on two occasions in Viet Nam in 1968 damaging the left auxiliary fuel tank, the left elevator cover area and the left horizontal stabilizer.
