Rhine River by Mannheim

She is sitting on a bench at the Rhine River
on a "Summer" October day and mends socks.
She has a mending kit and a basket full of items to repair.
Thought that was worth a shot.

Absolutely worth a shot. Worth spending some time talking to her as well. One of the things I like very much doing, and am getting better at, is visiting with total strangers when they are doing something neat like this. You can, if lucky, meet the nicest people that way and get some truly great photographs. It can also be a disaster, but usually, it isn't. Good shot Tom. Voted.
