The Kadriorg park and castle are a few kilometers from the CBD. As the weather was still a bit gloomy I thought I'd take an early morning stroll and check them out. They are apparently the number two attraction after the Old Town. When I got there, the old girl had her hair in rollers! It was time for her annual maintenance.
