A sad statement about our society........rules are made to be broken, regulations are there to be ignored, laws are flouted,....and what are the consequences? I'm sure these woman can read, but they obviously don't think the rules apply to them!!! This attitude is certainly endemic in our social fabric and i believe account for many of the problems we're facing today as a nation. This is my kind of image, Tim!!
