Two (possibly 3) juvenile Pectoral Sandpipers were among a flock of 150-200 shorebirds at the easternmost end of Saquish's Crescent Beach known as the "Boathole". Considering that the area was being periodically strafed by 2 juvenile Peregrines they were not overly skittish and let me get some close photos. 6 are posted here. (1 of 6)
