Vancouver Island is on the horizon, while if you follow the ocean on the right, you then enter Howe Sound, which leads to Squamish (where the Sound (or Fjord) stops) and eventually,about 40 miles further up, you'll be in Whistler. You sure got a nice day and great timing for this shot, very beautiful Stéphanie.
