As soon as this small skipper landed in front of me at one of the Owen Point Trail lookouts I knew it was something I hadn't seen before. In fact, this skipper doesn't even breed in Canada but sometimes migrates north from the U.S. Thanks to David Bree for identifying this beautiful little butterfly.
