Predatory Stinkbug (Apateticus sp.)

Kanata, Ontario

After seeing so many Two-spotted stinkbug in my garden this summer, I was surprised to come across this unusual stinkbug all by himself. It is a predatory stinkbug, which feeds on caterpillars or beetle larvae; as such, it is a welcome visitor!
