When first encountered, this "river" is a beautious sight.Turns out to be just a drainage ditch, inside a sea dyke, giving the farmland on it's left bank, in this shot, suitable draining to render it usable for farming. The sea dyke, some 20ft high and about 40 ft.wide at it's base, encloses the farmland on all sides. In shot,St.Peter's Way,runs along the top of the sea dyke, coming into shot
roughly halfway up the image on the rhs.
