Minolta Instant Pro. Polaroid Spectra Image film, expired 2009.

My neighbors see me running around with various Polaroid cameras sometimes doing bizarre things like shielding film and sticking it under my armpit. I know they wonder what this strange activity is and I'm sure it is discussed at length at the Deli Mart.

I've taken Polaroids for my neighbor of his motorcycles. He is really excited by them and frames them.

He asked me if I could take a photo of his newest one, the Triumph. There was some story about a State Trooper he knew telling him he needed a photo for some reason or another.

And he pointed out he could write on the white frame the kind of motorcycle and the year.

I was happy to do it. This is one of the cool functions Polaroid photos and why most people used Polaroid cameras. An instant photo and you can even write on it.. So this is just a snapshot because that's what he wanted.

For the August challenge - Reflections. Other reflections can be seen here.

Super shot! And yes, that is one of the neat things about polaroids for sure. Not only instant gratification, but the ability to write on them. V

awesome shot.. I remember my first polaroid camera. I was young and loved it, but was so worried about using up the film.. it was hard to come by on my allowance lol

Yes, you are right... Polaroid has a place when it comes to things that are practical. We had so much fun at parties, taking turns catching one another with the Polaroid camera. We could laugh at the pics right then, and then enjoy later too! :)
