(White) Goldenrod Spider...These spiders have the ability to change from white to yellow and back again to match the white or yellow flowers they frequent. I think this one is a male judging by the size and he is on White Phlox waiting patiently for a flying insect to land. A much larger yellow female was on Black Eyed Susan (like a yellow daisy) just a few feat away.
