In Singapore and Malaysia there are the Peranakans. Peranakans are chinese migrants who migrated to Singapore and Malaysia long ago and have mixed the culture of the malays and chinese and created a culture totally their own. They speak malays mostly and chinese at home and have their own kind of food and dressing such as the sarong kebaya. The Singapore Peranakan Museum is totally dedicated to this unique culture.
