A little story to go with this photo.

The last birthday money given to me by Dick's mother was spent buying a heap of these
bulbs to plant as an edging in the rose garden; also as a remembrance of my Grandmother
who grew these as an edging back in the days of my youth. Unfortunately Dick's method
of weeding is using a herbicide, there are quite a few gaps in the edging where he's sprayed
for weeds and killed off the muscari. I feel too old to replant them now, its a lot of work.
