Kingston has the best fresh water sailing in the world. The 1976 sailing Olympics were held here, and the annual CORK Regatta, Course Olympic training Regatta Kingston, running since 1974, draws sailors from all over the world. Kingston Yacht Club celebrates 115 seasons this year.
