I love the beauty of these tall tulips. I think men have their own ideas about what is and isn't beautiful in our surroundings. I think we do have gorgeous gardens for everyone to enjoy, but funny how this time of year a field full of wild flowers and weeds stands up to man's creations pretty darned well!

The whole image pivots on that little orange one, wanting to play with the grownups. Great job of controlling the highlights. --Stefan

The array of tulips is just glorious. What a superb shot! And of course, tulip breeders have created varieties such as seen here. These aren't all the same. Humans have reshaped their original colours, heights and forms into something new and, presumably, more appealing.
