The City Wall (11th century) is Avila's most emblematic and spectacular monument. It surrounds the old town, illustrating the wealth, power and influence this fortified city enjoyed centuries ago. Beautifully illuminated at night. If you ever pay a visit, look out for the impressive Alcázar and San Vicente gates.

I keep coming back to this image Chris. The more I view it, the more I like it. Your HDR look works well here with a lot of detail in the shadow areas. Fantastic perspective too, really shows how tall that wall is. Impressive. Well done my friend.
