This image is centered at about RA22H20Min DEC+56deg 16min in the constillation Cepheos.
Celestial North is right and CE is at bottom.
The image of LBN 471 itself is not what I had wanted due to high thin clouds that persisted in being present.
The coloring around the brighter stars is a result of the cloud interferrance which also reduced the overall quality.
It does however make for an interesting, to me at least, photo.
