As you are driving east (out of Moab) and heading towards Fisher Towers, and just before you get to the Fisher Towers turn-off there is a dirt road entitled Onion Creek Road. Onion Creek presents a really fun off-road driving adventure. In my opinion you can't get a good view of Fisher Towers off Onion Creek Road; regardless of that, and again in my opinion there are some really pretty landscapes to be seen (and photographed).

Note, there are numerous "wet" creek crossings on this road and in my opinion a 4X4 is a REALLY good idea.
