Hello everyone...
Had a busy two days making strawberry conserve and jam...
My neighbour Anna asked me if I would like a box of strawberries and of course I said yes please...
Thinking it would be a small punnet...
When she came back with two large boxes containing 15 liter boxes in each I had to get busy...
All done now and sitting in the jars waiting to be eaten....
Tastes delicious!!!
Sorry I havent been able to comment yesterday but now you will understand why...
Busy this evening too as my PBase friend Ruth( who has recently bought the house opposite me) is coming over for a barbeque with her boyfriend and father(he is here on holiday from England)...
So hopefully I will be free tomorrow!!!
