The two stills at Kilchoman on Islay (total capacity: 90000 litres per annum). A sweet little farm distillery with a lovely cafe but a somewhat medicinal end product. A typical Islay whisky, though: strong, peaty and to be enjoyed on its own. I'll stick to the girly Organic Single Malt and the gin from neighbour Bruichladdich.
