The Alnes Light House has opening hours between 12:00 and 18:00 daily. My airplane flight was scheduled to leave at 18:40 on Saturday June 11, 2011.

1. The first bus departs from Alesund at 12:00 and arrives in Alnes at 12:53.
2. The first bus departs from Alnes at 12:55. This departure is too early!
3. The second bus departs from Alnes at 16:20 and arrvies in Alesund at 17:05.

My airport bus, Flybussen, departs at 16:55 from Alesund Central Station to Alesund Vigra Airport.

The Alesund tourism office suggested that I take two of the following solutions.
1. Walk to Godoy Skule bus stop. The bus departs Godoy Skule at 15:10 and arrives at Alesund Central Station at 15:40.
2. Take the bus that departs from Alnes at 16:20 and jump off the bus at the Ytterland bus stop. Take the airport bus, Flybussen, from the Ytterland bus stop to Alesund Vigra Airport.

I walked to the Godoy Skule bus stop! It was a rewarding walk and the bus arrived!
