Built in 1913, Adventuress moved to Seattle in 1952, and today is the flagship of Sound Experience, a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of Puget Sound.
Carrying more than 3,500 passengers each year on educational expeditions, the vessel has become an icon for environmental awareness and stewardship.
