Firstly Laos IS safe to visit!

But I wanted to show this as it still seems a lot of people are unaware.

This pic shows each bombing mission by the US for the central part of Laos only. This is just a part of the 580,000 sorties. That's one B-52 payload, every 8 minutes, 24/7, for 9 years!

2 million tons of ordnance containing 270 million bombies, of which 80 million are still lying there.
Over 70,000 people have died because of these UXO.
