Welcome to June.
One of the things that comes out of PADing is that you tend to notice more. You notice people, though admittedly I rarely incorporate those into my shots. You notice events. You notice the sky and the buildings and the ground and the gardens, mostly because you're wondering "Where on Earth can I get something to shoot today?"
And of course you notice... things.
Like a baby's shoe, mounted on the spikes of an iron fence which runs along the side of the light rail track.
And you do have a moment's reflection on how and why that happened.
