Started today at the Memorial Day ceremony at the Cerritos Civic Center. This year the service was in memory of Lt. Col. Mario Carazo, the first person from Cerritos to make the ultimate sacrifice since the city dedicated the Veterans Memorial. It was a very moving and emotional service.
