This shot is exactly what came out of the camera - no cropping, no processing except for a levels adjustment. I did use a polarizing filter on the lens.

It's also a fitting image because tomorrow, I'm turning out the lights on PBase. I came back in January and gave it five
months, but the issues with it being slow just aren't resolving. I can upload easily - but getting to my home page takes forever,
and trying to comment on the photos of others takes way too long because navigating back and forth is slower than paint drying.

I'm probably going to move to SmugMug, or possibly Zenfolio (I have two week trials in both now going on).
I'll let you know where I am (if you're interested) and I will come back from time to time just to visit.

I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to comment on my photos and apologize for not returning
the favor as often as it was received. I will once again miss all my PBase buddies. But it's time for me to move
to a site that lives in the 21st Century, that has actual customer support, and all that good stuff.
