Also known as Raguolis ("spiked") or Sakotis ("branched"), a Lithuanian variant
of the German layered cake (Baumkuchen), with a very distinctive tree like form.
It is essentially a poundcake grilled in layers to form branches covered with chocolate.
There goes the diet and it is only Monday!
