The main thrust here is I wanted to boost the reflection. I did this by using the "Color Range"
tool to select the glass and then screen in a mask.
The Color Range tool creates the mask. Click the box Localized Color Clusters. Then click in
the glass area with it and then use the plus color picker (middle box) to add the other glass
areas to the mask.
I turned up the fuzziness to 82. Hit ok and you're left with most of the area you want to
darken being selected by the marching ants.
Click the mask button in the bottom of the tool palette to turn the mask back on so that you
paint in any areas you want to add to the mask for altering. I used use a soft edged brush
(154) for the first covering including areas on the lizard itself. Then I magnified the outer
edges of the mask and used a brush of 10 to carefully cover areas of the mask to avoid edge
affects that can be seen in the final image.
Then with the Clone Tool I carefully removed all of the dust on the bottom side of the lizard.
