Although its name may lack originality, the Black-and-White Warbler is unique among warblers in that it acts more like a nuthatch than a warbler.
This species is most often seen ambling along tree branches and tree trunks than flitting among the leaves in the canopy. However, like all warblers it moves quickly, making it just as difficult to photograph!
