7th - Damp

Cheltenham, Glos.

Blimey, got a bit of a scare last night - actual rain, the first for about four weeks! You could hear the plants slurping it up...and it's still a bit precipitous this morning, which is nice

Raining here...always when I'm trying to wash, dry, iron and pack for holidays :(
Luscious looking hyacinths there, Doug

Great macro Doug.
Captured the frailness and beauty.
Superb work.

This certainly looks very refreshing with the drops on those delicate blue petals. And although I don't like rain I know the gardeners and farmers out there welcome it.

Beautiful macro, love the translucency of the Bluebells and the rain droplets

Nice shot Doug. I like the framing and how the greens and purples alternate across the shot. The water drops are a bonus both for the shot and the plants! :-) We've had just the opposite here. Buckets of rain for weeks. It finally looks like it's going to break for a bit.
