Mature beech (Fagus sylvatica) forest, habitat of White-backed Woodpecker (Dendrocopos leucotos lilfordi),
Black Woodpecker (Dryocopus martius) and several other woodpecker species. The foraging
sign on the fallen tree is probably from Black Woodpecker.
