Down the bottom of Am Phu Cave, which i understand represents Hell, was this 'beautiful' scene. Grotesque, macabre on first sight, ugly, then comical if you look at the two leering figures in the cranny of the background. The sculpting of the humans is quite tidy, which doesn't mesh with the roughness of the other figures. And I can't tell what the snake is up to, lurking, not quite on the sidelines, but slithering there.
