The suggested page layout dimensions are shown for the
POTN Coffee table book. This is a right hand odd-numbered page.
The layout for the even-numbered left hand page is
the mirror image of this.

The image layout is for a "signature shot" and goes on
a right hand page as shown. It fills the page from margin to margin
(top to bottom or side to side) as applicable while the
accompanying text goes on the facing left hand page. A
"Max Shot" image goes on a page along with the text so it will
necessarily be a bit smaller in size. The other images go two per page
along with their accompanying text.
