Spotted Cleaner Shrimp and Heteromysis actiniaeP3310084.jpg

Per a Marine Biologist concerning the tiny red and white shrinp in the background:

Hi Carol. Your little red-and-white "shrimp" actually belong to an order called the Mysidacea, Heteromysis actiniae. If you look carefully, you will notice that the ones seen on their sides seem to have very "fluffy" legs--actually, legs with two branches, not just one. Females carry their eggs in a pouch but you can't see that in dorsal view.
