"See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil"

Often little things without any apparent importance are definitely important and meaningful.
This bearish version of the three famous Japanese monkeys landed to me this morning inside a jiffy bag, mailed from an Emerald Isle.
Beside the genuine joy for seeing three pleasant bears at the place of three teasing and unpleasant monkeys ( I donít like monkeys at all and itís not the case to bore anyone with the reasons for that), I felt a joyful feeling of gratitude for all the opportunity that a very dear friend of mine finds regularly to give me a chance to think over about things.
This minuscule trio made me consider the real possible meanings of the ancient Japanese saying.
Is it a suggestion to have a clear and positive mind, seeing only the good side of everything, or is it a hidden invitation to take distance and to never express a direct position?

This photo is part of a thematic gallery
about apparently insignificant details and their possible meanings.

as the saying goes, If you cannot say good things about people, then say nothing at all. Always look for positive things to see, hear and say
