The very Long-Jing ("Dragon Well") that is the namesake of the famous Long-Jing tea. In ancient time, people didn't know where the ice-cold spring water come from amid the unbearable summer heat. They thought the water must be directly from the ocean where the mythical ocean dragon lives, hence the name "Dragon Well".
