my cherished, sweet augusta fitzloff & dear john eberle, my 2nd great~grandparents who GIFT my universe with their 3rd & his 6th treasured child, my dear great~grandfather, john carl eberle :):):):)
a young immigrant widower with 3 wee children discovered his second GOLDen heartsinger o'purest love.... dear john was a KNOWN character, driving his prized stagecoach in their magic mining town... 3 more children are GIFTED to his mysticALLL marriage to his sweet augusta... "the good, the bad, & the ugly" tragedies & triumphs surrounded this exiled family until they ALLL transitioned in very different ways...
when sweet augusta was SUDDENLY ripped from dear john's life, shortly after their youngest daughter had died after a harsh childbirth, his world came crashing DOWN... long story short, i discovered that LIFE CHANGING HEADLINE i'lll NEVER FORGET... dear john's daughter~on~law, my great grandmother, christena, told her husband he best look for his dad as he hadn't slept in his room... my great~grandfather, john junior, immediately ran to the barn where the stagecoach was stored at night... there he SHOCKINGLY discovered his dad's lifeless body hanging above his prized stagecoach... the family had to wait for a coroner's jury to arrive for a CRUEL inquest... soon hundreds gathered in this centrally located home of their town character, as the clock ticked slowly by... i can only imagine the horror for my great~grandparents... my grandmother's older/only brother, my dear great~uncle herm was just 3 months old... neither EVER knew of this tragedy as it was a hidden secret until i discovered this... for me, i KNOW he suicided as his final act o'deeepest love... this only makes me love him MORE... i KNOW he's with his loving MICHIGAN family & i KNOW i will reunite with them ALLL,,,, i LIGHT my candle for YOU dear john this exact moment!!!! :):):):)

I love how you write these stories about your family.
You write with such love and you bring all their stories to life.
Heart wrenching but yet a celebration of all their lives.
I can relate to this as my own father committed suicide when I was ten years old. I believe that people who are in despair and leave the earth in this way are healed in heaven and are made to learn about their actions but I do not believe that their spirits suffer the pits of hell as some are led to believe. Our God is a merciful one. Thank you for sharing this story, and it heals my heart to know how much you care for those who have left a mark in your life biologically and spiritually. You are a treasure to your ancestors of love!!!!!! You have a family of wonderful spirits around you as your energy is youthful, thoughtful and filled with compassion. the boy at the top in the center is my dad being held by his only known grandparent.... i am the boy at the bottom being held by my great~uncle herm, my dad's mom's only sibling and the only one of the eberles in my life... uncle herm IS AWEways a totALLL treasure in my life, long story short on him!!!! :):):):)
Sad story John... What a trajedy for the families. So much family history has been hidden over the years...
