This is the way a major portion of Washington Square Park has looked for more than 3 years.
One wonders why the city government and NYU allows this condition to drag out.
I have little desire to photograph this park anymore.
From my point of view, the photo reflects the dis-functional condition of our country's governmental and educational failures.
