Holy Cow, I read that 3 times and I still would need to read it 3 more times ... and even then, not so sure I'd get it all !
Looks like it was written in Japanese, translated to Chinese, then Arabic and from that, to Korean before they translated it into Spanish, then french and finaly ... English !
In short, the stabilizer will work, unless ... it doesn't !!!!
