Smoked Bacon

One of my favourite foods!
Yesterday I put up a picture of some tomatoes.
I only needs some lettuce and I can make a BLT.
Travelling tomorrow so I may not be able to upload until Friday.

Yes I agree. A nicely cooked rasher is a great treat - especially with poached eggs and grilled tomato ... and nice thick wholemeal toast ... and orange juice. All of a sudden I am starving hungry. Nice pic.

with Spring around the corner, fresh lettuce is likely to be here soon, it all sounds wonderful, love the lean cut of bacon BV
