The Old Tollbridge over the River Adur at low tide.
It was built in 1782 and is now a Grade II listed structure and the last intact surviving example of this type of 18th century bridge. All types of vehicles crossed the bridge until 1970, but now is only for use by pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians. It was refurbished in 2008.
