I have never seen blocked roads etc. Definitely NOT for eagle sightings as they see them all the time. I imagine there was a wreck. The birds really don't seem to care we are there. They generally are within 100 yards of roads etc. and don't mind people looking at them. they are fishing, they don't care what we do.

I drove thru Mississinewa and i could not believe thet blocked of the road for a bunch of gaukers and coservation officers with flasing lights going. There was a large crowd of people. This kind of thing will surely chase these birds away. Everyone should be leaving them alone and not disturbing them.
