Temporary reclamation work within the typhoon shelter commenced from November 2010 and
disturbed the serenity with dredging barges and working vessels
In the next 5 years, the typhoon shelter will be turned into a construction site for the Central Wanchai Bypass Tunnel.
What a mess it will be !!!!!
