That's my lovely right foot and the little speck opposite all the hardware, are 2 staples that are floating around that shouldn't be and they hurt like the dickens! I need to have surgery to have them removed. They were suppose to be in the vien that was cut out to put in my heart. They came loose, right over the ankle bone. Sheesh!
