With high temperatures all year long and tropical monsoons in the summer,
the jungle vegetation is lush and thick, and grows very rapidly. Left
unattended, the jungle took over these temples and the temples
were largely forgotten. It is understandable how a structure
or a person could not be easily seen in the jungle.
