Comparison image of the leucistic female Mallard and a normal female Mallard. Note the heads and necks are quite similar, but the body of the leucistic is pale-cream to whitish. Also, though only the tip shown here, the secondary flight feathers of the leucistic Mallard are brown, compared to blue for the normal Mallards.
