Einstein said re teachers: If you can't be a good example, at least be a warning example. Andrei looks like a good example. Why? His body language: he appears to be listening to the question; his hands show humility (he does not have a monopoly on truth); lastly, my gut feeling, intuitive... Great picture in B&W.
