Hey, part of travel is trying the local street fare usually.
Fried crickets and other bugs in Cambodia and Thailand. The occasional
"What the Hell is That?" in Vietnam. Rats in Senegal, etc, etc...

But strange organs of who knows what animal boiled on the street in a basket
...No way. Can't do it. Don't care what spice or sauce is on it.
