Mr. Krabbs

The park was invaded by enormous crawfish this year. (Enormous being almost the size of langoustines, not the size of elephants.) Entering the park early one Sunday morning, I couldn't avoid a small, uh... herd? flock? school? of them crossing the road, and they crunched beneath my tires. One lone, bright red member of the group paused bravely in the middle of the road, waving its claws at me as if to convey a message ("Stop, we come in peace!" "Stop the madness! You're hurting my brethren!" "Welcome to the park" Or perhaps, just "Click! Click! Click!")

So, to the consternation of volunteers in cars behind me, I stopped, took a few photos, and then proceeded at an even slower pace, driving around this one courageous crustacean.

Crab paste anyone? LOL
They probably go quick as your tier flattens them so they don't really suffer.
